AIRCREW SLU & GIAM ETT offers selection and/or hiring services for pilots, cabin crew, engineers and mechanics on temporary or long-term contracts, according to the needs of our clients. Providing airlines and operators with the flexibility necessary to cover seasonality and changing market demand, obtaining optimal performance from their fleet at all times.

Unlike other international companies in the sector, AIRCREW SLU & GIAM ETT is based in Andorra, and this allows it to benefit from the Agreement between Spain and Andorra to avoid double taxation on income taxes and prevent tax evasion (BOE 292 of 7/12 / 2015) effective 2/26/2016.

Andorra has recently signed the same agreement with France, Portugal and Luxembourg among others.

This allows us to offer great advantages to both our clients (airlines & operators) and the professionals hired.

• Social Security Contribution to the retirement pension in Andorra complementary to the one in Spain,

• Payment of personal income tax in the Principality of Andorra, with rates much lower than those borne in Spain, Today 0%.

• Obtaining a work permit in Andorra, maintaining tax residence in Spain,

• Take advantage of Article 7p) of the Personal Income Tax Law and its regulatory development in art. 6 of RD 439/2007 that includes the possibility of applying an exemption for income from work obtained by a natural person abroad (€ 80.000 per year)

• The professionals hired are salaried employees, with an employment contract with AIR CREW SLU & GIAM ETT. Contributing to Social Security that includes:

• Unlimited Medical Coverage.

• Retirement plan.

• Temporary disability Government Allowance.

• Income tax payment in Andorra ( 0%).

• Disappearance of Freelance contracts or Pilot Service Contracts.

• Reduction of hiring and firing costs.

• Optimization of Labor Cost, the worker receives a higher salary with a lower cost for the company.
